I don't speak a lot, so I lost some opportunities in my life.

I'm very shy, so I don't speak a lot. I don't know why, but since I was a child I've always been shy. One day, I was in one store and I was looking at the window. My mom said that if I wanted to buy something I had to ask the price, but I was shy and didn't buy what I wanted. I'm trying to speak more and I am improving.

    My friend Bárbara has already started making plans for her future. First, she hopes to be a famous doctor and discover a cure for AIDS. She likes to help the people and she wants to to find a job earlybecause she wants have her own money. She wants to be independent. Second, she would like to have a car when she turns 18 years old to go to the parties alone, to go to the places without wanted to ask to her mother take her. Third, she hopes to live alone because she can do everything she wants an she can have privacy. She doesn't want to get married before 20 years olg to enjoy life. Then she wouldn't like to have kids because she wants to  spend all her money with her and her husband. After that she hopes to travel around the world and wants to go to the gym everyday to have a perfect body. Finally, she wouldn't like to shave her hair because she loves her hair. These are the plans for my friend Bárbara.

    Nine years ago, my mother told me the story of the Cinderella. The story is about a rich man that had one daughter. He married a women that had two kids. One day, the man died and his daughter stayed with her stepmother, but she was very demanding and turned Cinderella into her maid. The Prince invited all the women for a ball. However, the stepmother didn't give permission for Cinderella to go. She was crying when the fairy god mother appeared. She did the magic and Cinderella went to the ball. She was very beautiful and everybody looked at her when she entered the ball. She danced with the Prince, but at midnight she ran and lost her shoe. The Prince looked for her all around the kingdom. He found Cinderella, married her and they lived togheter forever. I love this story and the ending. The true love is very touching. The message is that everyone has oportunities in life and you can't snub people because they can be someone importante in the future. This is an interesting fairy tale.
